From two generations of Silicon Valley builders, Seed Crush 2026 will bring together Jack Altman and Ron Conway for a candid conversation on what it really takes to build, back, and sustain category-defining companies.
Ron is the founder and a managing partner of SV Angel and one of Silicon Valley’s most prolific early-stage investors. He has backed iconic companies including Google, Facebook, Airbnb, Twitter, Stripe, and DoorDash, and is widely known for his outsized impact on the startup ecosystem as an investor, mentor, and advocate.
Jack was the co-founder and CEO of HR software company Lattice and is a seed-stage investor through Alt Capital, where he invests with an “operator-first” lens. He is the host of the podcast Uncapped, which he uses as a research tool for his fund, designing long-form conversations with top founders and VCs that would be "super awkward over coffee," but are natural on camera, incorporating those insights directly into his investment strategy.
